Update - sep 2023 : OK, so I went back to this restaurant, And I saw a significantly better day of much quicker and much better organized service. Food was just as delicious, maybe even better. I tried a new curry and it was excellent. So I am a super happy customer and applaud the restaurant for working on organizing better service, thanks guys!

We are surprised that this establishment has 5 stars, but that was why we decided to go there.

With our experience today, they will get their first 3 ⭐ rating (why it's not only 1, is explained below).

The situation: We call and place an order for take away...they tell us it's ready 30 min later @19:00...at 19:00 we arrive to pick up the food, but it's delayed another 5 min, at 19:14, another 5-10 min...19:40 another 5 min...now 19:50 and still all the food is not ready, but the first dish is getting cold.

We suggest the owner consider whether to stay in business, as this level of service is unheard of! We strongly recommend to go elsewhere, unless of course you don't have any other plans for the night, than to sit and wait for 50 min...

The owner later explained it was due to lack of employees (sickness), which naturally is understandable, but not a fair reason. This could have been prevented by better communication, more independent employees, better leadership and even a self awareness of the restaurants limitations...eg. don't serve more customers than your capacity allows you to.

We negotiate a fair settlement and received an apology therefore the 3 ⭐'s, otherwise it would surely...
