Boulebar Folkets Park — Restaurant in Malmö kommun

Complete deception.

We booked a time slot online for the 26th of December indoors in the afternoon ready for a great time playing boule for the first time. We go there only to see a completely dark building. Not a person in sight. We though we might be mistaken with the booking or something but no. It was correctly booked on the website and it clearly says it is open on the website as well. No one answering when trying to call either.

You clearly have to read the policy that the customer must be held responsible if not showing up for various of reasons. What about the other way around? We didn't get any heads up. And way later, the building was still dark but this time with another group of people looking confused outside of the buildning. Having had friends traveled far for this activity, we are deeply...

It was ok, a bit expensive to be honest for a few small dishes/plates. Fun idea, maybe my expectations where to high. I didn't play boule but I assume a great place for that and a drink together.

I wouldn't suggest this as a eating place. More for drinks instead and with a great...

Vi stod i kö för att få ett bord, men det tog 1h 30min innan de gav oss ett bord som inte ockuperad hela den här tiden. Beställde öl tre gånger men fick inget under här tiden.

Maten blev klar i tid men ingen kom och serverade den, så den bara stod där i minst 30min.

Bartender jobbade super hårt och gjorde alla drinkar själv och serverade folk. Men två personer som jobbade som guides och tog beställningar, gjorde absolut ingenting och bara stod stilla där. Varför ta beställning om de ska inte servera det?

Utan tvekan den sämsta servisen i malmö av dessa två guider, tog upp det med dem men så klart lyssnade de inte och brydde sig inte. Talade lugnt med de men förväntade mig absolut inte mer efter den servicen.
