The person I spoke with treated me in a condescending manner and showed no sense of customer service. He even told me that I "should be smarter than that" when we discussed my contact information, which I found both disrespectful and inappropriate. Additionally, he raised his voice at me, repeatedly interrupted me, and did not give me the chance to explain my side of the situation.

Read moreI would like to share my recent experience at your Malmö branch. I had previously visited your store in Copenhagen and was truly impressed by the quality and taste — it was a fantastic experience. Unfortunately, I later found out that the Copenhagen branch had closed.
Because of my positive experience before, I traveled all the way from Aarhus specifically to visit your Malmö location. However, I was disappointed to find that the experience this time was not the same.
The chocolate tasted very ordinary — something I could easily prepare at home — and I honestly don’t think the price reflects the quality or the service provided. I will be posting two videos to show the difference between my past visit and the most recent one.

After we ordered and started eating and drinking our coffee, they asked us to move to another, smaller, and uncomfortable table to make room for others! If the place had been busy when we came in, we wouldn’t have sat there, and honestly, we would’ve gone to another café.
