O'Learys Malmö Central — Restaurant in Malmö kommun

We went there today on the way from our biking trip as my partner wanted some easy pub food. We went there at dinner time, maybe 5-7 other people occupied this large establishment. I ordered fish and chips, and he ordered a steak. The food came quite fast, which we appreciate as we were hungry. The second the food appeared on our table, we both wished we had gone anywhere else. The chips were ok, the fish didn't seem fresh, though. The only thing you could taste on the tartar sauce was vinegar and not of the best kind. By boyfriend's steak was pathetic. To pay 300-something SEK for a steak, we could have gone to a much better restaurant because what came wasn't really worth 80. Really cheap looking cut you can get at your your discount section in Lidl with sauce generously glazed on it and fries on the side. The meat was incredibly chewy, not even a tad juicy, and if it wasn't for the sauce covering it all the way through, it wouldn't have had any taste at all. You know that moment when you look at your companion's plate and you go "wow!", as saliva's gathering at the corner of your mouth? Well, that wasn't that moment. In fact, I was glad I only ordered my mediocre tasting fish and chips rather than pay so much for this overpriced, horrendously cooked dish my partner had to suffer through. Over 700kr for this experience?! You really have to be drunk not to see how low quality food this place...

Bad service, worse marketing and unreasonable prices. Selling "Ceasar Salad Classic" with no chicken or bacon, marketing for this "Classic" dish on their order page is still showing chicken on the plate which makes zero sense and is confusing for the customer. Charging upwards of €15.9 or 159 SEK for salad, dressing and crutons is just a bad joke. Once we ordered in the additional things that are supposed to be in their "Ceasar Salad Chicken" we discover that if you want bacon aswell you will be charged extra... Again.. I really have no words for this abismal service, I think even McDonalds could do a better job.. Eating the salad, the chicken was dry and the dressing tasteless. Will never ever go to this place again and I hope no one reading this...

Just sorta passing through. Nice, pretty clean place for being in a Central Train station. BUT I needed to go to the bathroom before I boarded my train out of here. The bathrooms showed red so I stood there a while. In the meantime, the service personal passed by several times. After a while another patron came and told me that there's a code so he helped me get in. No bueno, I would have expected the personell to let me know, since they passed between me and the bathrooms several times, with a line building behind me. Just fyi, ask the personell, they don't...
