Talvez a casa mais antiga de Malmö e foi construída em 1595. Fica localizada na esquina da Södergatan/Skomakaregatan. Num estilo de construção atribuído a Daniel Thommisen característico da época, com superfícies alternadas de tijolo vermelho e faixas alternadas de pedra de giz branco, com influência do que então se fazia na Holanda. Foi residência de Helmicke Ottesen, antigo...
