I had the privilege of sitting with Erik and Ellinor to plan the catering for my PhD dissertation dinner and what they created was astonishing. One would think that if a restaurant cannot think of a main other than 'broccoli ' the restaurant would let the clients know so that the clients could provide an actual main course to guests.
