I ordered from Hungrig.se as it was recommended on The Max website. I have waited for more than 2hrs for the food which I still haven’t received I called Max and a staff that couldn’t speak Swedish answered he could barely understand or answer my questions. He told me they sent the food a long time ago. After waiting 40mins more I have been trying to call back Max but they don’t pick up their calls and there is no contact number for Hungrig.se and they don’t respond to emails. Well. Shutting down the ice cream maker 2 hours before closing time is a definite no no in my book. If it was 30 min before and there was a sign that you couldn't order ok, but 2 hours? And payment goes thru, but then they say it's not in functioning mode. That's just the staff being lazy. Trying to get stuff in order early so they can leave when their shift ends on the dot.
