Esuki Ramen House is a great Japanese restaurant experience.
We have been dining in this place for more than a year and have never been disappointed with the food quality.
We always order Miso or Spicy Miso Ramen, as well as BBQ Udon. The meat and noodles are tender and savoury. The Spicy Karaage is a great shared dish as well, in case you are a few people.
The interior decoration is very nice. I love the boat-noodle wall on the right side. A korean-speaking robot waiter also brings the dish orders to the tables, which is quite an entertaining sight.
My only complain is that they recently cut down on the wooden spoons for the ramen, which for me was one great characteristic of the Esuki chain.

Read moreOne sentence. Best ramen in the whole of Sweden. I hope they don't drop their standards after my high expectations. Pls know that ramen has to be eaten on the spot, no take away. It's a rule if you want good fresh ramen. The ramen in is authentic, from egg to soup to the savory pork pieces that have been bbq - it was perfection. Noodles omg...was so QQ (asian way of explanation means fresh and bouncy) it was so good. Handmade good. I will keep coming back. I also tried their fried rice. It was good. Everything is just so good. I was very happy with the authentic japanese ramen. Good size but I can have two bowls since it's so good.I ordered Shio ramen 119sek lunch. Look at my bowl, I finished everything! It's equally good standards with Japan standards! If you have been to Japan, you will know what I mean. It was well...
Read moreVery reasonably priced. Considering that the 3 dishs are 430kr, in conclusion I highly recommend this restaurant.
The staff is not very friendly, but they do everything they can.
They also sell Korean food. But it's not on the main menu, so you have to ask for it separately. I'm from the land of kimchi, so I can't say that the kimchi stew was perfect. Still, there are a lot of kimchi stews for ridiculous prices in sweden, so I'm happy with this one.
The fried rice sauce was a bit strong, but for 89kr, I highly recommend it. The chicken hot dog was also good. This place seems to be based on Japanese food. I didn't try the ramen because I had Shin Ramen for breakfast, but I will try...
