Chewie's Bar — Restaurant in Stockholm

Some friends spontaneously took me to this place, and I'm so glad they did! I was happy to discover it is dog friendly, and seeing Chewie and other happy dogs playing brought a smile to my face, reminding me of my own one. But the place itself is just as lovely! The atmosphere is cozy and warm as soon as you walk in, thanks to the decorations and lighting, the images of Chewie and Sweden. I also enjoyed the videogame with my friend. What a great place! Great wine and beer choices and even an American Expat wait staff as a bonus. The service was fantastic and the only issue was with just how much I loved the giant Gordal olives. Every bit of the food we had was great, I'm not a vegetarian but there was still plenty of great tasting food. Spent a ton of time talking with them and they sent us out with some extra olives and almonds for our travels the next day. I will be back next time I am in Stockholm and if you're in the area...

Was staying on a boat across the street from Folk & Friends and noticed it because there was a big ol' fluffy pup sitting right in the doorway. Went inside to do some reading with a beer, but never got to open the book, because the patrons and staff were so friendly we just talked for hours. Of course, if you want privacy, there's a whole upstairs area to sit at, too.
