First time here and never again...
Decided to go out on drinks with two of my friends. The blonde waitress with blue eyes was very polite and she found me a table while I was waiting for my friends to arrive.
Friday night started very nice, we ordered a bottle of wine (590 SEK) and we were on our first glass, in the middle of talk, when some tall fat swedish waiter with long hair and eyeglasses (I do not know his name and that is why I am describing him) arrived to our table with very bad attitude and started speaking, and because of the loud music I didn't hear very good. He said to us, do we want to order more drinks, and I was confused because we already had wine in our glasses??? He checked our bottle and when he saw the bottle is half-full he poured more wine in our 3 glasses, and he spilled clumsy some wine on our table with no apologies or compensation!!! Then again he asked us do we want to order new drinks, and we answered NO.
Dear waiters I believe that you have customers who want be drunk and those customers just order and order all the time. In the rest of the world there is also people who enjoy in the drinking and if they want more to order, they will let you know, you do not need to push them to order more. And also if the wine is in the glass, you do NOT pour more wine, until you see the glass is empty. That is very unprofessional and you should educate yourself about the customer service and how to be a waiter.
I am writing this because the last night I didn't want make my night bad with complainings, and on this way I believe your Manager will read this and try to fix it, or in the near future your business will be questionable. It is up to you...
   Read moreFirst, we were told that there is no service outside to stay on veranda, but there were people there and one table was availible, so we just took it. Vegetarian risotto was disaster bad from consistence and the taste, looked like green apple color porridge from rice, watery and not good taste, 3 people tried it, same opinion- cousine is catastrophe. Salad with chicken had over grilled, burned chicken...Lemonade which is supposed to be homemade was more like glass of ice crunches with pepper mint leaves and slice of lemon on top. You can't call this stuff lemonade, Italians would kill you for that. The only good thing was nice view with water, cool atmosphere inside and servants are doing good. I would recommend it only if you want to drink alcohol there and chill out with friends. Very noisy& crowded inside, if you miss that feeling after pandemic that's the right place to go) I know, that Swedish food is not a masterpiece in general, but there it is really bad. Vi rĂ€knar som vanligt med att spendera kvĂ€llen pĂ„ en mysig restaurang med bra utsikt, god mat, hĂ€rliga pizzor och goda drinkar. Det kommer bli allt annat. Vi har cyklat frĂ„n jobbet sĂ„ vi behöver ta in nĂ„got snabbt enkelt medan vi kikar igenom menyn. Att bestĂ€lla mat kĂ€nns inte lĂ€ngre relevant Ă€ven om pizzorna ser goda ut. Innan tjejen ens druckit upp sĂ„ kommer personalen med nota, kortmaskin varpĂ„ jag betalar 122kr för kaffe samtidigt som personalen tar tjejens kaffe utan att hon ens fĂ„tt dricka upp. Vi gĂ„r hem hungriga och har tappat all aptit. Trötta, irriterade och besvikna pĂ„ en totalt misslyckad dejt och aw. Vi Ă€r egna företagare och Ă€ter pĂ„ fine dining krogar 2-4 gĂ„nger I veckan dĂ€r notan aldrig hamnar under 1000kr och jag har aldrig nĂ„gonsin pĂ„ mina 43 Ă„r varit med om nĂ„got liknande. Riktigt vidrigt bemötande. Att som Ă€gare gĂ„ ut Ă„ skriva att orangeriet vĂ€lkomnar sina grannar pĂ„ kungsholmen för en aperitivo eller eftermiddagsfika med god mat Ă€r ett skĂ€mt. Man riktigt kunde se hur personalen dömde oss som turister frĂ„n Flen som bara kom dit för att dricka kaffe för 122 kr. Kan informera er om att dĂ„ finns det fina cafĂ©er i nĂ€rheten med bĂ€ttre priser och trevligare bemötande. Gör er sjĂ€lva en tjĂ€nst och sĂ€lj stĂ€llet till nĂ„gra som vĂ€rnar sina kunder och som vill ha nöjda besökare.
