Ukiyo Sushi by Tezukuri — Restaurant in Stockholm

This is probably, maybe, a ramen per definition, however it's lacking a marinated egg. You just get a boiled egg. It's so easy to make these marinated eggs, so I can't understand why they don't do it, and that's a shame.

The mushrooms were good, but the rest was bland.

Instead of what I thought I was going to get, chicken pieces, I got dumplings, which didn't taste that much. Broth was mediocre at best. Noodles were ok.

For my taste, I wouldn't recommend getting ramen here, unless you are looking for a simpler noodle based soup with ramen inspiration, without being especially inspiring.

Pretty nice sushi, nothing extra ordinary but tasty.

However, we barely got menys and when we asked for child friendly they simply said only sushi. It’s fine that there is no special food for kids but the shortness in tone and that the dish out kid finally got was drenched in spicy mayo with out any warning def pulled down my perception of the service.

The most disturbing part of our experience/service was when we find a piece of hair in the food (could be dog hair?!!) and when we kindly told the staff they didn’t apologize and just looked at us with a puzzled look. No reimbursement or change was offered.

I understand that a family isn’t the ideal guests, but I still expect to be treated friendly and especially after finding hair...

Not bad sushi for this price range, but the worst ceviche I had ever had. As you can see in the picture, the dark green leaves supposedly to be coriander. The leaves were totally shrunken due to being extreme not fresh. The onions and peppers were not fresh either, they tasted soggy. The fish smelled very fishy, and broke into tiny pieces; the fish meat was totally denatured by the acid as well. To be honest I don’t know how long the ceviche had been stayed there.
