Gulasch soup as a starter was a hearty soup with good amount of fat and meat. Fried potatoes, came along with schnitzel filled with noble cheese, had good seasoning on the potatoes but unfortunately little bit much on the salty side. I would like the potatoes to have more onions and be a little more crispy. Perfect balance of freshness (vegetable) with sourness from lemon and savory schnitzel. Execellent moisture of the schnitzel while the meat was cooked thoroughly (very hard to master). The cheese was just phenomenon. The breadcrum detached from the meat when I squeezed lemon on it, which was understandable. P/s: I just came back to try the apple strudel and I was in awe. You usually need to wait to get a table here but you can meanwhile get a beer downstairs in the beer cellar and you will be noticed when your table is ready. They serve the original Czech pilsner beer that brews in a city of Pilsen since 1842 - the Pilsner Urquell. And it tastes as it should. I would say that it was the best Pilsner Urquell I drank in Sweden so far. On top of that you will get a big portions of authentic Czech food. So if you want to revive your memories from your trip to Prague, this is the place to go. If your are serious about beer - this is the place for you. And have in mind that Pilsner is best to drink like you take a big sip, swallow while enjoying the hoppy bitterness and then exhale through your nose while feeling the bread after...

We've been here a couple times but today we had the worst experience with one of the serves named Lucia that apparently was the manager in turned. She was stressed and was extremely rude when we asked when our table will be ready after waiting for over 45mins. Her answer was "maybe 5 mins or more" when there were tables available she gave that table to people that just walked in 😞, when I asked her why? She said " that is what we do and you have to wait' so I asked her for her name or manager's name but she denied and went in and hide for other 15 mins, so their colleagues were way better at offering and apologies and offering a solution.

Lucia and the manager in turned are very incompetent.
