I visited Bergamott on a Friday evening. It was a lot of guest in the restaurant area and a great atmosphere. Such a nice beginning of the evening and I'm sad it didn't go so well. We spent almost 1.5 hours between the apertizers and the main course and then we had to wait forever in order to pay the bill. Instead of just letting us sit there empty handed and wait, I would have appreciated if they explained why it might take some time to get the food ready, perhaps ask if we wanted something to drink. Read moreGotta say, instant love from the second we walked in. This is not a fancy place per se so never mind the white table cloths. The service is direct and on point but at the same time it feels like they had you as a guest before and liked you company. Food is above expectation because, and I am ashamed to say, that I never heard of the place before. It's been here for 12 years, in my own city!
