I'll give my honest review. Yes, I've been there when that man, who they say is very mean, is there. Once, he even kicked out a teenager who was with his friends. Everyone ate subway except him. När jag besökte denna Subway-restaurang för att beställa take away, påpekade den äldre manliga personalen direkt att hundar inte var tillåtna och bemötte mig på ett mycket otrevligt sätt.
Under hela processen med att välja meny och betala fortsatte han att rynka pannan och behandlade mig kallt. När jag tackade efter betalningen ignorerade han mig helt, men direkt efteråt log han varmt och var mycket vänlig mot en grupp blonda tonårsflickor.
Jag gjorde inget fel, men fick ändå betala för att bli utsatt för denna diskriminerande och oförskämda behandling. Detta är oacceptabelt och jag anser att Subway måste ta itu med detta genom ordentlig personalutbildning och förbättringar.
I had a deeply unpleasant experience that I cannot understand. I am a Korean living in Sweden, wearing hearing aids and accompanied by my certified service dog. Today, when I visited this Subway branch to order takeout, the older male staff member immediately mentioned that dogs were not allowed and responded in a very unfriendly manner.
