Small, tasteless and overpriced portions what happened?
This was my go to place for sushi, I have been there many times. This time was my last! Take this from someone who has worked and eaten from some of the best F&B companies for over 11 years. See below detailed comments include my allergic reaction!
I got an allergic reaction to something in the sushi, the only thing I know of being allergic to is Gradde, which you don't have in this sushi, unless this is what made the wasabi creamy.
Your customer service is horrible. I said hello to the lady at the cashier, stood at the counter ready to give my order, she walks away to get a box to help her colleague with a takeaway order. Priority is the customer in front of you! By the way she doesn't smile or say thank you to the customers. She clearly needs training.

Apart from the juggernauts Minako Sushi and Sushi Sho that are the luxury brands of course, lower costed sushi at amazing quality has started popping up as Hamzo Sushi, Sushibar Satzuma, Raw Sushi, and the list goes on.
I think Sushi-Yama is a nice concept and has the finances to actually get out of its current trench levels and actually compete with what Stockholm has to offer, but for that to happen it needs to acknowledge that it has grown complacent in what sushi in Stockholm was 10 years ago, and adapt to what...
