McDonald's — Restaurant in Sundsvall Municipality

I've eaten at McDonald's for over thirty years. In the last couple of years, I've eaten there less. Two things that's changed are the fries and cola zero. The fries are always undercooked and tastes of oil. The cola zero doesn't taste like cola zero anymore. It almost tastes of detergent.

The burgers were fine, the premises was fine, toilets were fine and the speed was good. It's what you'd expect from a fast food restaurant.

Wrong order two times in a row on the same visit. Kids also got wrong food and wrong accessories. Not that much customers either. Tried on a few other occasions to not make a special order and got old waste food instead.

Very dirty floors, tables and toilets.

Update: The last few visits has shown that they tend to only keep old waste food for standard orders. And the hand dryers in the...

Sloppy and dry burgers. And to top it up we didn't get the whole order, when we went back they said it would cost to much to make the whole order again. So because we wanted to eat together I ended up eating cold food. Sorry McDonald's I'm not going to eat at your place again and this is something we will not forget.
