We've been here 2 times.
The first time the table attendant was a young man with tattoos. He was super cool, he was very enthusiastic and outgoing. He explained how we can prepare the food on the lava stone and such, very polite and kind. Great experience, 5/5. This first time we got drinks and split a grill mix.
This 2nd time, the table attendant was rather indifferent about everything. First off, she didn't speak English, which let me to be completely excluded out of the swedish conversation my gf and my friend were having with the attendant. I even asked a few times what the problem is, but she refused to even look at me. Very disrespectful.
We now asked for the same as the 1st time, for my gf and I to split a grill mix, because it's a bit more food than other meals with more variety, but way too much for me or my gf to eat alone.
The table attendant was saying that it's not possible for adults to split a meal (???). We were ordering drinks and ended up getting desert too, so the establishment was moments away from losing ~2k sek. My friend explained that we did it before (split the meal), and the waitress caved and left. When she got the drinks, my gf had to pick hers up from her tray....the waitress refused to place the drink on the table.
I was baffled by the lack of respect shown to us. I had to make my own cocktail as well....though I did see that being a thing, so I'm unaware if it's normal or not.

We arrived to half full terrace and politely asked a table for two, in english. We could clearly see that there was plenty of space, but two waitresses started talking in front of us, in swedish, will they take us in. We can understand swedish pretty well so it was quite weird when they were talking about our clothes, and once the other waitress recognized â givencyâ like she said they were willing to offer us a table.Weird.
Anyhow, enjoying our vacation and after long day of traveling we ignored it and sat down. Waited quite long for anyone come in and take our order. And when we started order, she said they are almost out of everything, and was very suprised that we stayed and ordered a 3 course meal with drinks, like it was something special.
Waited 20 minutes for the drinks, and when the starters came they left and forgot to give us silver wear, and had to go get it myself. This was no big deal at this point either.
4 people were serving us during the night, and between meals we had to ask, again if they could bring us silverware, again.
Starers were tasty, but very tiny compared to the price.Main course was excellent, and the best part was the lavastones. Desserts were amazing.
Very unsatisfied with the customer service, would consider rude compared to other, swedish speaking customers, and for paying 200⏠for the night would expect better service,...

Dock skulle mitt intryck avsevĂ€rt Ă€ndras under kvĂ€llens gĂ„ng. Vi firade vĂ„r tjugosjunde bröllopsdag, och valde att prova menyn pĂ„ Blackstone. Vi fick inte sitta vid fönstret pĂ„ den inglasade altanen dĂ„ bordet var reserverat, dock vid bordet bredvid. Vi bestĂ€llde in en öl och cider under tiden som vi lĂ€ste menyn. Jag valde Chefs choice menu, till förrĂ€tt hummertaco med friterat tunnbröd, umamidressing, ananas och mynta , till varmrĂ€tt 200 gram hjort med bakad potatis, vitlöksmör, bearnaise  och pepparcreme samt Blackstones classic melting chocolate bomb, Salt karamellmousse, mörk choklad, hallon, rostad hasselnöt och sorbĂ©t.Jag önskade ocksĂ„ bestĂ€lla in en öl och cider till förrĂ€tten. Min fru valde Grillad grön sparris med Yuzuhollandaise, örter, rostade hasselnötter, parmesan samt till huvudrĂ€tt Meat Mixed Grill 300 g OxfilĂ©, Kalvbiff, Hjort Utskuren fransyska. servitörens vĂ€nner kom, och placerades vid det bokade bordet vid fönstret samt ytterligare ett par till höger om oss. BĂ„da paren fick in sin sin förrĂ€tt relativt snabbt, vi vĂ€ntade tĂ„lmodigt pĂ„ vĂ„ra. FörrĂ€tten kom efter trettio minuter av ytterligare en trevlig servitör. Hummertacon var elegant arrangerad i en trĂ„dstĂ€llning, om Ă€n nĂ„got svĂ„r att trĂ„ckla ut ur trĂ„dstĂ€llningen utan att kladda ner bordet. TyvĂ€rr var tacon kall, och det sammelsurium av smaker som kapslades in av det hĂ„rda skalet smakade framför allt syrligt med en inbillad touch av koriander. Den gav inget bestĂ„ende intryck, och passerade obemĂ€rkt. Sparrisen var enligt min fru vĂ€llagad och fint komponerad, med en toppnot frĂ„n parmesan i Yuzyhollandaisen. Vi insĂ„g att de tvĂ„ borden bredvid vĂ„rt, serverades varmrĂ€tter och ytterligare drycker trots att de anlĂ€nt till restaurangen efter oss. UngefĂ€r hĂ€r falerade upplevelsen, vĂ„r servitör hade fullt fokus pĂ„ sina vĂ€nner vid bordet bredvid och vi kĂ€nde oss bortglömda. Vi vĂ€ntade tĂ„lmodigt men med stigande mild irritation och förvĂ„ning. Efter ytterligare drygt fyrtio minuter serverade en annan servitör varmrĂ€tterna, men tyvĂ€rr ingen ytterligare dryck. Min fru pĂ„pekade till vĂ„r vĂ„r för stunden uppmĂ€rksamma servitör, att vi inte fĂ„tt vĂ„r bestĂ€llda dryck. Som svar fick vi, att jag visst fĂ„tt min andra öl och en antydan att jag kunde fĂ„ en tredje... mitt förtroende och goda humör mattades lĂ„ngsamt av och blev lika kallt som min taco. Hjortköttet var mört och smakligt, och kunde stekas saftigt rosa pĂ„ stenen. Den bakade potatisen var vĂ€lgjord, vitlöksmöret milt, bearnaisen god, pepparcremen utan karaktĂ€r och salladen under all kritik. Att dressa stora mĂ€ngder sallad i förvĂ€g, gör att den snart kollapsar vilket Ă€r grundlĂ€ggande kökskunskap. Min fru förvĂ€ntade sig en presentation av kötten pĂ„ sin tallrik, men serverades hastigt och lĂ€mnades utan förklaring. Det gjorde helhetsupplevelsen betydligt sĂ€mre, om Ă€n smakerna var vĂ€l avvĂ€gda bortsett salladen. Servitören fortsatte underhĂ„lla sina vĂ€nner, vilket i sig inte hade varit ett problem om vi inte blivit bortglömda. Servitören frĂ„gade efter att vi avslutat varmrĂ€tten, om vi önskade nĂ„got mer. NĂ„got mĂ€rkligt tyckte jag, dĂ„ jag bestĂ€llt en chefs choice menu inklusive dessert. Efter ytterligare nĂ€rmare fyrtio minuter serverades min omtalade Classic melting chocolate bomb av ytterligare en trevlig servitör. TyvĂ€rr var han lite för generös med den heta chokladen dĂ„ chokladkupolen inte smĂ€lte omedelbart, det hela blev mig övermĂ€ktigt. Vi valde att avsluta mĂ„ltiden med en Irish coffee, den var förhĂ„llandevis vĂ€l avvĂ€gd och smaklig. Ăverlag var kvaliten pĂ„ maten god, men servicen var under all kritik och illustreras bĂ€st av bilden pĂ„ desserten.Vi kommer tyvĂ€rr inte att ge restaurangen en andra chans...
