Gotthards Krog — Restaurant in Umeå kommun

Went to their Afternoon Tea ceremony on a Sunday and was super impressed with the whole experience! Nice environment, very kind and knowledgeable staff, and the biscuits and scones (as well as the tea) were exquisite! While it didn't look like much at first (but still enough to fill me up), the three-leveled tower of plates proved to be quite the challenge to finish! And it all tasted as delicious as it looked. Could've used some more time though, because it took the staff a good 15 or 20 minutes before the biscuits and scones were ready (tea was served within 2-3 minutes), thus I felt a bit stressed since i really wanted to thoroughly enjoy each piece on the plates before moving on to the next one. Nevertheless, I'll definitely come back to enjoy this...

We had a table reservation. After almost two hours in the restaurant we had received only the appetizers. There were groups who came later than us but got main courses before us. One group of eight persons came an hour later than us and they got the main courses just a bit later than us. When the main course finally came it was very basic.
