We had salmon avocado, spicy tuna and yakiniku, with home delivery, and I'm sorry to say we were very disappointed. This is hands down the worst yakiniku and spicy tuna we have tasted in at least ten years.
The general principle seems to be "pile on all possible things". Salmon sushi topped with mayo? Why? Salmon barely needs anything. It has an excellent taste all on its own. Or should anyway. Yakiniku was too sweet and too dry. Spicy tuna was not even inside the rolls, it was a topping on rolls filled with red cabbage. I'm not against combinations, but more is not automatically better, and the combinations you have are not working. Rather, it seems you are trying to hide the tastes of the ingredients by piling on all possible sauces and toppings, despite branding yourselves with "fresh good quality ingredients".
I have had many different sushi in several different countries, Japan included, and I'm here to tell you, this is not how any of the dishes above are done. I have no idea how you have achieved such high ratings with the quality of food this low. You don't have to walk far in Uppsala even to get a significantly better sushi experience. Practically any other place will be...
