I had an unpleasant experience at this place. When I ordered takeout, I was given a polythene bag without handles, making it difficult to carry. When I requested a proper bag, the owner dismissed my request, saying I could manage with what I was given. However, the next day, I saw another customer receiving a proper paper bag without any issue. When I ordered again that day, I was once again denied a proper bag. This felt like discrimination, and I was deeply disappointed by the unfair treatment. I hope the management ensures all customers are treated equally...
