Enttäuschendes Erlebnis mit Preisunterschied

Ich habe die Bar 90° in Aarau bisher oft besucht und war eigentlich immer zufrieden. In den letzten Tagen jedoch hatte ich ein Erlebnis, das einen fahlen Nachgeschmack hinterlässt.

Ich habe einen Milchkaffee mit laktosefreier Milch bestellt, wie ich es dutzende Male im letzten Jahr getan habe. Bislang habe ich dafür immer 6 Franken bezahlt. Es wurde mir jedoch gesagt, der Preis liege bei 7 Franken – und das angeblich schon lange. Auf meine Bemerkung, dass mir mehrere Kellner bisher immer nur 6 Franken verrechnet hatten, bekam ich die Antwort, dass diese Mitarbeiter nicht mehr bei der Bar arbeiten, weil sie entlassen worden seien.

Dieses Erlebnis wirft für mich einige Fragen auf – vor allem, was den Umgang mit Personal und die Kommunikation gegenüber den Gästen betrifft. Als Stammkunde fühlt man sich so leider nicht wertgeschätzt. Zudem ist der Preis mit 7 Franken für einen Milchkaffee in Normalgrösse keineswegs...
