The reservation did not work. The name was clearly spelled out but was written down completely incorrectly. When we arrived, we were told that the name was not on the list. Then we were directed to a table in the middle of the room (the worst spot), and when I asked if we could sit somewhere else (as there were plenty of free tables), I was ignored the first time. Only after asking again was my request accommodated.

Overall, we felt rushed—we had to order immediately, and our plates were cleared away even though the other person was still eating, which I find very rude. abbiamo ordinato due pizze , una si poteva mangiare e l’altra no, era bruciata, gli abbiamo detto se gentilmente la potevano rifare, la portano una seconda volta e di nuovo lo stesso problema, l’abbiamo detto che così per noi non andava bene e che non l’avremmo pagata visto che non si poteva mangiare, alla fine andiamo a pagare quello che abbiamo potuto mangiare, ci fa il cameriere che andava bene così ed era tutto pagato. Poi succede che il pizzaiolo giovane ( se non sbaglio fratello del proprietario) ha iniziato ad aggredirci con le parole: dicendo che non era possibile due volte di fila la pizza bruciata, che potevamo andare a mangiare da un altra parte e che per lui non era bruciata, e l’ha detto in modo scontroso e volgare, noi abbiamo risposto che la critica si deve sapere accettare , ma lui ci dice che fa 200 pizze al giorno e che vanno bene così per lui e che è capace a fare pizze,.

Poi gli ho detto di andare a mangiare ad aarau dall’altra pizzeria che hanno e che il pizzaiolo si Chiama Vincenzo e lì è una vera pizza, una pizza mangiabile fatta come si deve ed un pizzaiolo con la P grande, ha tanto rispetto e educato e sa fare la vera pizza contemporanea.( dovresti prendere esempio da lui per migliorarti.)

Il problema che non si rivolge specialmente a una donna con quel tono di arroganza pura e senza ascoltare quello che gli stava dicendo, aveva ragione solo lui e per mandarci subito via, l’altra pizza c’è la offerta , ma non avremmo voluto questo.
