Commerce - Ristorante e Pizzeria — Restaurant in Brig-Glis

Absolutely fantastic food, setting and service. Dinner at Commerce is a great experience and after eating there multiple times now, we think it’s the best restaurant in Brig. The menu changes frequently and there’s often a seasonal menu (there’s an excellent Wildkarte for game season at the moment). The seafood dishes we’ve tried here have been top notch, and the pizza menu is big, with great quality proper Italian pizzas. It’s nice to go there knowing that all of the dishes will be enjoyable, and a safe bet. The service tops it all off, and Oana is brilliant, extremely friendly and helpful....

Service was great, the atmosphere was also up my alley and the food was splendid!

There are gluten-free options: Pasta and Pizza and some meals can be prepared gluten-free too, such as potatoes.

Gluten-free options are the same price as the 'normal' courses one should add. But the pizzas are more napoletanian instead of roman if you choose to go with the gluten-free option.

Of course, this being in Switzerland expect fairly high prices.

The staff knows a lot of languages so you will be understood there.

After reading all the older reviews of this restaurant, I have concluded that they have improved. The staff are friendly, however the I have a mixed opinions on the food. I orderer a bouillon and some spaghetti with Carbonara. The bouillon what great however the pasta was bland, almost flavorless.
