Fantastic experience at La Bise, we sampled all the ecuadorian food on the menu and loved everything. The guacamole with green banana chips was particularly delicious. Cosy atmosphere, very friendly staff… a total hit, absolutely recommend.

Nous avons essayé de tester le plus de choses possibles, des spécialités équatoriennes à suisses et tout était excellent. Côté Équateur nous avons opté pour le plateau de dégustation et tout était vraiment délicieux et frais. Gros coup de cœur pour le ceviche de crevettes vraiment frais et savoureux. Côté Suisse, je n'ai jamais mangé un rosti aussi bon, il était vraiment incroyable! Les malakoffs étaient très bons également, moins aimé les nems de chèvres qui faisaient plus fades à côté des autres saveurs si je m'étais passée d'un plat cela aurait été de celui-ci.

C'est délicieux et en grande partie sans gluten. Service cordial par les patrons, ouverture de la cuisine vers 18h00. Les gluten-free sont très bien traités.

Came across this place on a weeknight jog through town looking for a little spot for dinner and it is amazing! We reveled in the delicious Ecuadorian flavors - the ceviche was fresh and flavorful, and the albondigas are not to be missed.
