I read about the change of management of Cafe de Chavannes on the journal and I wanted to try. The journal didn't write a very kind article about them because, probably, the journalist like too much to eat meat. The new "Cafe" is now oriented on a vegetarian vegan menu. However, the steak was underwhelming, lacking flavor, and the dessert didn’t improve things. The place itself is nice, though the space is quite cramped, which can feel a bit tight during busy hours. Overall, it's an okay spot, but with room for improvement in both service and...
