Osteria la Terrazza sul Lago — Restaurant in Circolo di Carona

I had a wonderful experience at Oysteria La Terrazza sul Lago in Morcote. The views alone are absolutely breathtaking – dining by the lake made the whole atmosphere feel special. Our waitress was incredibly helpful, attentive, and provided excellent customer service. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was to our liking, and the chef even came out personally to bring us some extra spicy chili oil, just in case we wanted to turn up the heat.

The highlight of the meal for us was the carbonara pasta with truffle cream – rich, flavorful, and simply beyond delicious. Combined with the phenomenal views and warm service, this place made for a truly memorable dining experience. My wife and I would highly recommend it to anyone...

Einfach nur arrogant der Besitzer dieses Restaurants und er hat es nicht nötig, den Gast auch als Gast zu behandeln , denn es kommen ja immer wieder neue Leute nur wegen der Lage dorthin und bewerten es leider viel zu gut,aber die Lage alleine macht dieses durchschnittliche Restaurant leider NICHT aus! Stellen Sie sich vor Sie bestellen Rindsfilet blutig und es kommt fast durch und der Besitzer behauptet ich hätte so bestellt und er und seine Mitarbeiter machen diesbezüglich keine Fehler...!usw... Am Schluss kam die Rechnung und ich bekam auf 200Fr. zu wenig retour.. da sagte uns der Kellner es hat noch etwas auf der Rechnung gefehlt..aber OHNE etwas vorher zu sagen...einfach unerhört!!! Im Hotel hörten wir dann von der Rezeption,dass sie dieses Restaurant NIE empfehlen...kein Wunder,es gibt noch viele andere schöne und gute Restaurants OHNE ARROGANZ UND HOCHMUT!

Appena arrogante il proprietario di questo ristorante e lui non ha bisogno di trattare l'ospite come un ospite, perché ci sono sempre nuove persone solo per la posizione lì e lo ritengono purtroppo troppo buono, ma la posizione da sola rende questa media Ristorante non troppo! Immagina di ordinare il filetto di manzo insanguinato e quasi arriva e il proprietario afferma che ho ordinato in quel modo e lui e il suo staff non fanno errori ...! Etc ... Alla fine è arrivato il conto e sono tornato troppo piccolo su 200 .. il cameriere ci dice che c'era qualcosa che mancava sul conto SENZA dire nulla prima ... semplicemente...

We came across this beautiful restaurant by the lakeside while exploring Morcote. The waiter greeted us immediately and even took the time to split up a large table for us so we could sit right by the lake. The staff was wonderful from start to finish. Me and my partner both ordered the summer truffle macaroni carbonara and it was delicious, one of the best dishes of our trip. This is a perfect lunch spot for anyone in the area. Highly...
