Bottega del Gusto Locarno — Restaurant in Circolo di Locarno

Waiting more than 45minutes now for 2 pizze. Already the deliverytime for 1 bottle of water took 12minutes. The outside place has 40seats and there only 20 guests. Can not judge the quality of food. Two tables that came after us and ordered after us, have their food now. Is it, because we are a family and dont speak the local language? The waitress never came for a delay information or an excuse. When we asked for the check, it was shown within 30sec. The quality of the food was mediocre. Sad to see an outlet from the actually well known Seven-Hospitality-Group going down. Would never go there anymore and definitely not...

I came to this place the week they opened and although the food was fine, the prices are a little higher than usual in Locarno. But that would not be a problem if the service is good. Unfortunately, it wasn't. They took ages to take our order and then again ages to serve us. Fine, they are learning. So I did not rate them then.

But now, months later, I came back and the situation was worse. Waiters pretend they do not see you. There were only three tables occupied and we waited 10 minutes without success. Waiters were inside chatting. We better went to another place.

Is a shame that such a nice place is being ruined by...

Great risotto with radicchio. I ordered it take away. Waiters here were mega stressed and I always try to be nice with staff but they were quite arrogant and impatient so in the end I also talked to them in their tone of voice when they forgot to put something on my bag.
