Pasta t'amo! — Restaurant in Circolo di Locarno

We spotted Pasta t’amo on the internet while researching for our then upcoming trip to Locarno. We literally planned our entire day around the experience and couldn’t have enjoyed it more. I can’t remember the proper names but the four of us chose pesto-filled pasta, ravioli stuffed with meat, and ravioli filled with spinach and ricotta. My sister chose an abberata sauce; I wanted a simple tomato sauce and went with the recommendation of the proprietor as there were several. Loved what she selected for us. We took ours home to cook along with a jar of capers & artichokes, though they would have prepared it for us. All was so fresh and delizioso! Ein absoluter Geheimtipp für alle Pasta-Liebhaber! Es ist ein kleines, charmantes Lädchen, in dem man frische, selbstgemachte Pasta kaufen kann – perfekt für zu Hause, zum Mitnehmen als Take-away oder auch, um direkt vor Ort zu essen. Schon beim Betreten merkt man die Liebe und Leidenschaft, mit der hier gearbeitet wird.

Wir haben uns für Ravioli mit Prosciutto und einer Pesto-Sauce entschieden – und was soll ich sagen? Es war einfach ausgezeichnet! Die Pasta war herrlich frisch, perfekt zubereitet und die Sauce unglaublich aromatisch. Es war ein Genuss, den man so nicht überall bekommt.

Der Inhaber ist zudem äußerst freundlich und herzlich. Als wir ankamen, saßen sie gerade beim Mittagessen, haben uns aber sofort warmherzig begrüßt und sich Zeit für uns genommen. Man fühlt sich hier sofort willkommen und wie ein gern gesehener Gast.
