On the positive side, the food is very good. But what surprises us is the interplay between the style of the music and the furniture of the outdoor area. Both the music and the furniture seem tasteless and cheap. If you open your eyes and look at the surroundings and especially the building PALACINEMA, "a palace for the cinema", then you can only say, people, you have to improve. Locarno definitely deserves better! The whole building radiates so much modern classicism that one should seriously think about style. Regarding the music style, which is played there... what has progressive house to look for in a bar and restaurant in this stylish environment (Castello etc) and then still in...

The place is not bad. It is situated in a nice location. The restaurant has a plain design and a bit shabby, I would say. Looks more as a canteen. They have a wide range of food starting from Swiss meat dishes and vegan plates, Italian pizza, hamburgers finishing with sushi. That is weird. Prices are ok for Switzerland but if you have time it is better to eat in Italy. Be aware, they offer vegan options but serve you a non vegan anyway. The personnel is nice and polite but in one moment I felt abbandoned as I wanted to order a dessert but it was not possible to catch a waiter. They ran like crazy but seemed not enough for all the tables inside...

Abbiamo riservato un tavolo per cena per più di 10 persone. Alcuni hanno mangiato la chinoise mentre gli altri (tra cui io) hanno scelto un piatto sul menu. I camerieri hanno portato brodo e carne per chi mangiava la chinoise lasciando il resto del tavolo a guardarli mangiare. Dopo 20 minuti sono iniziati ad arrivare gli altri piatti, scaglionati nel tempo. Insomma, era come mangiare ognuno per conto proprio. I camerieri si sono dimenticati il mio piatto. Ho fatto loro notare la dimenticanza e hanno ammesso che si sono dimenticati il mio ordine. Se i primi hanno iniziato a mangiare alle 19.30, io ho iniziato alle 20.20. Quello che mi lascia perplesso è che nessuno si è scusato con me e tutti hanno fatto finta di niente, compreso il caposala che era a conoscenza dell'accaduto....
