We stayed at the Alpen Gold hotel , and we wanted to check out this restaurant , it’s in the same building. We were amazed ! The food is so delicious , and it looks amazing!! I’m not a vegetarian, but if I can have food like this I will become one immediately! đŸ„° it was so interesting to hear about how they prepared /make this food . This food is made from scratch with local ingredients. The chef is really nice and the same is the rest of the staff đŸ„° we felt so comfortable in this restaurant . We are a family of six, and all of us were amazed how good every single dish was, and that we had a wonderful experience and nice time! We talked about it the day after..and we all agreed that we will be back next time we come to Davos ! This place is absolutely a must visit! đŸ„° Don’t forget to bring the camera !

We had the 7-course menu, which was full of tastes, flavours and textures. Each course was introduced by the team, telling us a bit where the ingredients are from, and what incredible creativity is behind the marvellously tasty food. My favourite was - well somehow it was mountain cheese in a baked potato, though that couldn't be further from the truth! I will just tell you that this was no 1 or 2 on my top list of meals of all time!

 das Atelier Vert war diesen Winter unser absolutes kulinarisches Highlight in Davos - wir gingen innert drei Wochen gleich zweimal hin! “Maximal lokal und vegetarisch” und “charming fine alpine dining” dĂŒrfte das Motto am besten umschreiben. Alles was auf den Teller kommt, kommt aus der Gegend. Mein Liebling war die Lauchsuppe, die (Spoiler!) gar keine Suppe war, sondern eine Lauchessenz mit Arvenrauch, gepoppter Rollgerste und Tempeh 
 tönt verrĂŒckt aber schmeckte wie ein Kuschelmoment vor dem Cheminee - und ich bin normalerweise kein großer Lauchfan. Die Kombination an Aromen, Farben, Konsistenzen haben mich bei jedem Gang ĂŒberrascht und begeistert. Wichtig: das Menu ist mit 7-9 GĂ€ngen fest gesetzt, nix Auswahl. Habe zuerst gemuffelt aber es am Ende keinen Moment bereut. Jetzt hab ich vom Lauch geschwĂ€rmt, aber vielleicht verdienen doch die Gnocchi mit Kartoffeln aus dem Albulatal den Spitzenplatz? Schwer zu sagen, aber das dazugereichte ApfelpurĂ©e war himmlisch und möchte man jeden Tag genießen. Und zu allem, nicht nur zu Gnocchi. Ich habe mir dazu die alkoholfreie GetrĂ€nkebegleitung gegönnt- auf die hingegen wĂŒrde ich das nĂ€chste Mal wohl verzichten - bis auf den Safran-Tee, der nicht nur adventurous gereicht wurde sondern auch den dazugehörigen Gang aufs Perfekte ergĂ€nzte. Hach, und die Gastgeber: CĂ©sar gab charmant und kompetent zu jedem Gericht Auskunft und verriet uns auch das Geheimnis der Lokal hinter den Tresen gezĂŒchteten Algen oder der knusprig zarten EichelbisquitblĂ€tter zum Dessert. Kurz: grande classe bis zum letzten Macron.

We recently had an exceptional dining experience at Atelier Vert, where Chef Thomas's passionate explanations of each dish in the nine-course menu added a personal touch to our evening and made us appreciate the culinary artistry even more. A Culinary Masterpiece: A Vegetarian's fine dining dream. I had the absolute pleasure of dining at atelier VERT last evening, and I can confidently say it was one of the most exquisite culinary experiences I've ever had. As a dedicated vegetarian, I'm always on the lookout for restaurants that can truly elevate plant-based cuisine, and atelier VERT has surpassed all my expectations. Overall, my experience was truly exceptional. The 7 course menu was exceptional, the service was impeccable, and the atmosphere was enchanting.
