Restaurant Emerald — Restaurant in Davos

We had the pleasure of dining at Restaurant Emerald yesterday for dinner. Everything from delightful starters and lychee Prosecco, to perfectly prepared main dishes as well as a great choice of wine, was to our fullest satisfaction. The service was TOP, very professional, yet also friendly, had impeccable knowledge about the dishes and were happy to answer all of our questions. The atmosphere is amazing, cozy and elegant. We felt special just being there and well taken care of. We especially recommend the wasabi shrimp, the steamed sea bass, and the Pekin Duck with steamed pancakes. Highly recommended! This restaurant serves good quality, HK-style cuisine. We ordered the claypot tofu, honey-glazed char siew, roasted pork and Cantonese style steamed sea bass. Service was tip top and the lady manager was extremely thoughtful to ensure our kids’ fried rice was served as the first dish!

Will definitely return for dinner again before I leave.

It is one of the palces where the food was great and the hospitality was perfect!!! I loved the suprising menu and enjoyed it after a day of skiing. Just when you ski down from Parsenn to Davos Dorf. Cu again next time this season....
