Kirchner Stübli — Restaurant in Davos

The food is tasty - onion soup and tatar are delicious and definitely worth a recommendation. The wooden interior is very cozy and traditional decorations give the place unique atmosphere. The great disappointment for us was the service - for some reason 2 waiters ostentatiously ignored our table for half of the evening while frequently taking care of all other tables around. It was inexplicable for all of us 4 and basically ruined...

overall was a nice evening. Fries were over fried, but second batch was perfect, could have done with more sauces on the side and the broth may have lagged a bit of flavour, but only marginally. white wine was not cold enough but after a while in ice was ok....

Wir haben gestern Chäsfondue bestellt für 2 Personen für je 38CHF. Das war die kleinste Portion, die wir je bekommen haben. Die Hälfte vom Brot war noch übrig. Als wir Nachschlag anfragten wurde uns die Portion noch extra verrechnet für 38CHF.Dies fanden wir sehr speziell. Das Fondue selbst war recht fein, aber damit vor aölem auch das Teuerste, was wir bisher gegessen haben. Kellner sehr nett....
