AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID at all cost never go here they say themself if you expect customer service go somewhere else. This place is a rude and ignorant place.the female owner thinks they are the best and only place in davos. We never experienced anything like it. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE IT'S NOT WORTH A VISIT. THE STAFF NEEDS TO LEARN CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS AND THE MANAGER NEEDS TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. IF YOU WANT BAD SERVICE AND A MANAGER THINKING SHE IS THE QUEEN AND ANYTHING ELSE IS WORSE THAN GO AND WASTE YOUR MONEY BETTER OF EATTING YELLOW SNOW AT LEAST YOU WON'T GET THIS ARRROGANT AND IGNORRANT ATTITUDE OF THE STAFF. I WILL MAKE SURE ANYONE WE KNOW OR ASK US TO NEVER VISIT THIS PLACE ALSO WILL TAKE THIS FURTHER AND LET INFLUENCED PEOPLE KNOW ABOUT THIS AND MAKE SURE ACTION AGAINST THIS PLACE WILL BE TAKEN AND NOBODY ELSE HAS TO EXPENSIVE THIS MANAGEMENT. AT THE BRIGHT SIDE THE FOOD WAS OK AND NICE THIN CRUST PIZZA BUT ANYTHING ELSE IS NOT WORTH A...

WARNING: I have been visiting my friends in Davos for many years. When I was on holiday here last time, in March 2019, we decided to go and have a pizza, and just like everyone we had a look at the reviews and we went to Der Pate Pizzeria. Since we weren't seated within 10 minutes, we asked for the manager. I traveled a lot of places, and what happened next was one of the worst things that ever happened to me. Anti-semitisme never occurred to my friends (in traditional clothes) in Zwitserland. But we gave these, appearantly Italian, people only one reason to not be seated, ..... In meanwhile a group of french girls got seated though they had entered after us. When we asked another few times to be seated they fully ignored us, untill we left.

When we left they told us that the candies (places in a 1.60 cm high bar) was only there for kids...

But the other pizzas seemed...

I recently dined at "Der Pate" and while the food was delicious, the overall experience was not pleasant. The staff were extremely hectic and unfriendly, making it difficult to enjoy the meal. Additionally, it was clear that the restaurant was primarily profit-oriented, rather than customer-oriented, which further detracted from the experience.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this restaurant to others. While the food was tasty, the negative aspects of the experience, including the hectic and unfriendly staff and the profit-oriented approach, outweighed the positives. I hope that the management takes steps to address these issues in the future to improve the overall...
