Hungry for a burger, we happened upon here on a Saturday night and chanced a space. They only had space at the bar, which was fine for us, as only two.

The music was excellent, the service friendly, and when the burgers arrived… absolute heaven! Would really recommend booking to avoid disappointment. Na, dann packen wir's mal locker an: Mein Abstecher ins "Stau" war echt der Hammer, Leute! Mittags rein da, Sonne knallt, und ich denk mir, hoffentlich wird das was. Und BAM, wurde ich weggeblasen!

Erst mal gab's diese Bruschetta. Ich sag's euch, so frisch und crunchy, einfach perfekt zum Start. Aber dann kam der eigentliche Knaller: der Burger. Leute, ich schwöre, das war der beste Burger meines Lebens. Stellt euch vor, da liegt ein Spiegelei oben drauf, das bei jedem Bissen so perfekt zerläuft – einfach nur geil.

Das Fleisch? Ein Traum. Saftig, auf den Punkt, mit diesem perfekten Medium-Rare-Saft, der sich mit dem Eigelb vermischt – da tanzen die Geschmacksnerven Samba. Die Zutaten waren alle erste Sahne, und die Saucen? Hausgemacht und mega lecker.

Und trotz der ganzen Mittagshektik war die Stimmung im "Stau" total entspannt. Die Crew war mega auf Zack, super freundlich und hat sich richtig Zeit für einen genommen. Fühlte mich wie ein VIP, echt jetzt.

Kurz gesagt, der Besuch im "Stau" war nicht nur ein Mittagessen, sondern eine echte Offenbarung. Kann's kaum erwarten, da wieder hinzugehen. Wer Bock auf einen überragenden Burger und coole Vibes hat, muss da einfach mal vorbeischauen. Trust me, ihr werdet's...

Came for lunch as I read the reviews and saw so many 5 star reviews. Had the beef burger which is 29 chf, sweet potato fries at 6 cfh and sparkling water adding up to 41 cfh for lunch.
