dilTuT — Restaurant in Flims

Lovely little place with warm, personable service from the owners and cooks - a lady and her mum team. Rustic, cosy wood everywhere, and a really pleasant vibe all round with some quirky little nice details. The fondue was excellent (we had the traditional wine-based cheese), with tasty home-baked bread made that day. The owner spoke pretty good English and had some translations printed to help us. It was not at all cheap - we paid approx. CH 230 for 3 1/2 portions of the set fondue meal with a couple of drinks and some sparking water… but it’s Switzerland, in a ski resort… so 🤷🏻‍♂️! Not for every day, but a really good option if you’re looking for quality fondue as a special...

Ich habe im dilTuT meinen 50. Geburtstag im kleinen Kreis gefeiert.

Zu den Speisen.... Wir haben uns die Capuns als Vorspeise gegönnt. Danach gab es ein Käsefondue

Weinempfehlungen waren top, der Digestif war mehr als passend.

Die Betreiberinnen versprühen Ihre Leidenschaft und diese spiegelt sich im Geschmack wieder!

Als Schweizer im Herzen habe ich den GANZEN Abend genossen. Das Essen war köstlich und die Atmosphäre war mehr als typisch!

Diese "Wirtschaft" kann ich uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.... Ich bin öfters in Flims/Laax und das war mit Sicherheit nicht das letzte mal!

Eventuell ist jemand enttäuscht, wenn er diversen Schnickschnack aus der Hotelerie kennt....

Wenn es um Zusammen sein und gutes Essen geht, gab es keinen besseren Treffer um ein halbes Jahrhundert zu feiern!

Wir haben den Geburtstag bei Euch einfach genossen :-) Macht...

Abbiamo scelto questo ristorante perché sembrava uno dei pochi a Flims che offrisse qualche specialità del luogo e in effetti così è stato. Siamo arrivati verso le 9 di sera senza alcuna prenotazione ma siamo riusciti a trovare comunque posto. Il locale è abbastanza piccolo (una trentina di coperti in tutto) e, essendo la fonduta uno dei piatti offerti, aleggiava un forte odore di formaggio che ci ha accompagnato per tutto il pasto. Abbiamo avuto un po' di difficoltà iniziale nel comprendere cosa proponesse il menù (composto da circa 6/7 piatti per ogni tipologia di portata), in quanto quest'ultimo viene fornito esclusivamente in tedesco (in alcuni casi non basta una semplice traduzione per capire di cosa si tratti), ma poi il proprietario, davvero molto disponibile, ci ha spiegato alcuni piatti direttamente in italiano. Ho apprezzato la presenza di piatti tipici del luogo come i capuns e i maluns. Consigliato se siete interessati a piatti piu...
