Horrible Experience last night. I went to Charly O'Neils Pub last night, trying change a bit my mind, I'm devastated by the death of my dad. My father just passed away 2weeks ago and should be completing 80 years old today, May 18th. Last night, around 23h45 an employee came screaming that we should leave... I tried to explain her that it would be the 80 years old of my dad, and I would like just to buy a beer make a quick toast in his honnor and memory. The lady laughed on me without any respect or professionalism and said in a sarcastic way "look for another bar". The manager came and started to scream on me accusing me for creating stories to get a free beer. They are completely NOT professionals, without any politeness and they treat their customers as liers. My father died 2 weeks ago. Today he would complete 80 years old. You destroyed this moment which was supposed to something beautiful in memory to my father. I will never forget this horrible experience at Charly O' Neils Irish Pub. One star an its already too much! Place does not look to me clean and tidy enough for what they charge for draught beer. Once I was there for 45 minutes, they have been frying something in the kitchen (which you can not see) and the smell was very strong. When gone, I realized that my trousers, pull-over and duffel coat picked up the smell. I left them hanging out in the balcony all night and the smell persisted. I had to wash the trousers and the pull-over but the duffel had to be treated with dry cleaning. What would you think of a place you go there for 45 minutes and then you have to wash all your clothes and get a shower to get rid from the oil smell? Never again, unless I see change of management and renovation (and proper kitchen ventilation). And still, I will be skeptical to...

Horrible experience all over the staff was extremely rude we asked for some Irish music as it was meant to be a Irish pub they wudnt put it on then when they eventually put it on nobody could hear it they lied and said we only play Irish music once a month no Irish spirit at all in this pub it’s only a money making game we ordered food it was raw so we sent it back they were so disrespectful brought it back the same way we sent it to the kitchen and said they cudnt do nothing about it as a Irish person I can confidently say this isn’t a Irish pub they just want the name of it for the money don’t respect there customers and extremely expensive I visited...
