Cuisine Lab — Restaurant in Geneva

EDIT to address the restaurant request: the food tasted terrible, vegetables extremely salty, the rest was bland, this for a simple dish that can easily be prepared at home. The dessert was slightly better but still one of the worst tiramisù i ever had. The service was ok but far from being as professional as in other businesses. While the decor is nice and modern, it was extremely noisy, could barely hear people sitting next to me and the seats are not practical. I fully support the business model of this restaurant and have had amazing experiences with similar businesses, but this one was not...

A real treat — so glad it's finally open for dining in. The restaurant is part of Cuisine Lab, which describes itself as "a refugee training and social integration restaurant." Currently, chefs from Sri Lanka and Eritrea cook their own recipes. Specials change daily. Everything on the menu is delicious—flavorful, unique for Geneva, and top-notch ingredients. great food! we had a two days conference here and the place was good. however, the seating arrangement was awkward but that’s on us and not the lab. the chairs were not meant to be sat on for 8 hours a day. though they had some cushions on.
