Très déçu de l’expérience et l’accueil. Habitant à côté nous y allions au moins une fois par mois mais avec l’expérience que nous avons eu le 23/02/2024 nous n’y retournerons plus jamais. Nous sommes venu commandé deux pizza à l’emporter pour pouvoir manger tranquillement chez nous. Nous avons était assis sur une table sale puis nous avons reçu les menus, après avoir choisi nous avons attendu 10 min pour que quelqu’un vienne prendre la commande. Nous avons attendu par la suite 35-40 min pour que nous puissions avoir nos pizza. Pendant cette attente aucune personne du service nous a proposer à boire ou est venu nous voir pour nous dire pourquoi l’attente était aussi longue. Quand nous étions sur le point de régler et expliquer que l’attente avait été très longue; on nous a répondu que la prochaine fois il faudrait appeler en avance, que nous avions 20 % de offert sur les plats à emporter ce qui est déjà beaucoup… Nous n’avions pas planifier de prendre les plats à l’emporter pour les 20% en moins mais pour manger tranquillement chez nous. Par la suite le cuisinier qui s’occupait de faire les pizza a dit à mon ami « qu’il pouvait venir derrière le comptoir pour faire les pizza s’il n’était pas content ». Je ne recommande ce restaurant à personne. Le service est à désirer, aucune amabilité ni politesse pour sa clientèle. Nous avons attendu 40 minutes pour avoir une pizza qui n’est pas digne de ce nom.

Very disappointed with the experience and the welcome. Living next door we used to go there at least once a month but with the experience we had on 23/02/2024 we will never go there again. We ordered two takeaway pizzas so that we could eat at home. We were seated on a dirty table then received the menus, after choosing we waited 10 min for someone to come and take the order. We then waited 35-40 min for our pizza. During this wait, no one from the service department offered us a drink or came to see us to tell us why the wait was so long. When we were about to settle up and explain that the wait had been very long, we were told that next time we'd have to call ahead, that we had a 20% discount on the takeaway, which was already a lot... We hadn't planned to take the takeaway for the 20% discount but just to eat pizzas at home. Afterwards, the cook in charge of making the pizzas told my friend "that he could come behind the counter to make the pizzas if he wasn't happy. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant to anyone. The service is very poor, with no friendliness or politeness towards the customers. We waited 40 minutes for a pizza that wasn't worthy...

I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant! The food was absolutely delicious — every dish was packed with flavor, and the portions were generous (come hungry!). The ambience was cozy and inviting, making it perfect for a relaxed dinner.

What really made the evening special was the service. Our waiter started off professional and polite, but when he realized we knew he used to work at another Italian restaurant we frequent, he instantly warmed up. From that moment on, he was incredibly friendly, engaging, and added a personal touch that made us feel right at home.

Very comfortable ambiance, polite and hospitable staff. Can tell they have a lot of returning customers with their friendly disposition. While they are located in a quiet neighbourhood, the service and food is worth the walk. Ordered a pizza and a cabonara pasta, which not only came quickly, but also tasted very good.
