Grrreat Burger Bar — Restaurant in Geneva

Commande de 5 Burgers jeudi soir à 20h10. Commande confirmée et on attend. Rappel à 20h38 pour le dire qu’en fait ils ne livrent pas chez moi (campagne genevoise). Je demande pourquoi, car leurs flyers recu dans ma boîte au lettre m’indique qu’il livre. Le patron, un certain SAM, me dit que si j’ai un problème j’ai qu’à passer régler le problème en face et me boucle au nez. Un restaurant à éviter si vous espérez manger un soir.

Réponse au commentaire : En effet une erreur a été commise de votre côté en acceptant la commande. Cela peut arriver. Cependant lors de votre appel pour nous signaler que vous ne livrez pas, Jamais on m’a proposé de venir chercher les hamburgers ou faire un geste. On m’a simplement dit : si vous arriviez pas commander sur internet c’est que ça marche pas, on livre pas. Ensuite un au revoir et on m’a bouclé au nez. En effet je voulais des explications. Concernant les horaires de téléphone, je maintiens ceux que j’ai dit. J’en profite pour ajouter la capture d’écran des appels avec vous. Le 1er appel pour la commande, le second de votre part a moi qui vous ai rappelé dans la foulée après que vous ayez bouclé au nez.
