It took 4 orders, two reminders, and me waiting physically at the service area to get a grenadine syrop. I'm pretty sure 8 people with a digital ordering system should be able to coordinate between themselves to fulfil the gentle flow of clients who settle in to this restaurant, but apparently not. The menu is confusing, because they don't serve half of it unless you're seated on their tiny terrace directly in front of the restaurant. They additionally have no idea what is available and what isn't, so ordering is complete pot luck. I'm not sure how high the waiters were at the time, but if I have to fulfil my own order, my review isn't going to be great afterwards. It's a shame because this place could do so well really, it's just restricted and run by...
Read moreToday we sat down, waited to be served. Three waitresses walked back and forth around us. About 10min after sitting down, one waitress came and told us they were closed now. We only wanted a coffee but they did not want to serve us. Why not just tell us immediately upon entering? On previous visits the service has been slow. When they first opened, we ate there, the food was not great and expensive. The previous restaurant at this location was much better, they had a full range of sandwiches, cakes, pastries, coffee, everything. They served quickly and were professional. It is a shame this restaurant had to change. I hope it will improve as the botanical...
Read moreBeautiful views but so disorganized! There was a wedding having lunch the day I visited so no table service, and confusing signs (“no entry” for the queue) Several people in the queue in front of me gave up waiting and went away. The lady in front me had to ask for a tray, she had ordered two hot drinks and a snack. I queued for 15 minutes for a very ordinary coffee and a cookie (which cost 10,50 CHF). I had to ask three times for a glass for water. With 5 staff members on duty, this should have been much faster. And why are you giving away sugar lumps (which will all go in the bin) without asking if the...
