We recently celebrated my son's 9th birthday at the Woods Poolside Restaurant, a tradition we've maintained since his first birthday. Despite having moved away from Geneva, returning to this beloved spot for lunch and a swim was an absolute delight.

The food and service were, as always, excellent. The staff were attentive to our needs, accommodating all our requests seamlessly, especially since we had coordinated with them beforehand. While the summer menu is slightly smaller, it still offers a great selection of delicious options.

We had a gift voucher for lunch and pool so we dedicated a whole day to go and eat and swim. We arrived hungry ready for our meal, you only have the dish of the day included and it was a focaccia so obviously we both got it. To our surprise we received a small plate with literally one slice of bread and a small portion of salad on the side! It was ridiculous that was not even half a dish! So we felt tricked because obviously you’re hungry expecting a delicious meal and because you get that shitty plate you’re going to end up ordering from the menu more food and spend lots of money because the dish of the day they offer is ridiculous.
