I was meeting a friend on Thursday 1 May at 2pm. My friend had a short espresso and I a croissant. I was charged chf 4 for the espresso which my friend said was watery and not warm and chf 3 for my croissant 🥵It seemed it was baked that morning and wasn’t fresh

To add insult to injury I was told they charge an additional 50 centim for paying by card.

Very disappointing service of Friday 30.09 at 10h00, the service is very bad, waiting for 20mins and a complete ignorant of the staff and they kept taking clients who came after me and the one that was waiting befor me, the look at you and completely ignore you, the OLD lady with a blond hair, very rude and arrogant, you need to change the job, it doesn't suit you, i asked her if there's a place to set she answered rodly,we have seats but u need to wait, she didn't even bother to ask me if i want to have it take away or even what do i want to order! and she left to another side pretending she's busy with something els! Good local place but rather expensive, especially considering they use Brazil chicken in their sandwich which is not consistent with their "GRTA" labelling they like to promote. And the other star I removed is for their croissant, they are not soft at all which is disappointing.
