The furniture is deteriorated and needs renewal, the service was shocking, not enough personnel and one of the waitress (the one who served me) I saw her coming out of the toilet, she used her bare hands to take the gateau from the fridge, a piece of the fruit fell on a the bank, then she went to the kitchen to bring another one , then che used her bare hands again to put it on, the croissant, this was served again with her bare hands and placed directly on the bank next to the piece of tissue , used for cleaning, then after I went to sit. She put the fruit on one of the remaining gateau (that didn't have that fruit before).....a Shocking experience FIRST AND LAST

Love the pastries! My favorites are the croissant, quiche fromage, and the hot chocolate. I also love the cheese balls, or the pae de quejio. They are super tasty indeed. You certainly have more choices of pastries, sandwiches and chocolates as well here, like ramequin, biscuits, delice au beurre, mini sandwiches, brioche, croissant au chocolat et more. The tea room is adequately spacious. It's good if you can reserve the place, especially if you come with big numbers of people. It might be tricky for ♿ as it has steps in several part. Happy to be back here

Very busy on Sunday mornings. Their croissants have improved—they used to be small, but now they’re a decent size. They offer a breakfast menu for CHF 6.80, which includes one croissant, half a French baguette with jam and butter, a glass of water, and a hot drink (excluding cappuccino). It’s a decent breakfast at a popular spot. Good and fast service.

Absolute daylight robbery! Customers should avoid patronizing this tea room.

I was meeting a friend on Thursday 1 May at 2pm. My friend had a short espresso and I a croissant. I was charged chf 4 for the espresso which my friend said was watery and not warm and chf 3 for my croissant 🥵It seemed it was baked that morning and wasn’t fresh

To add insult to injury I was told they charge an additional 50 centim for paying by card.

I live locally and have been to the boulangerie even when it was located across the road from its present location, there was a young Filipina at the reception

In summary the amount paid for the quality of espresso and croissant was excessive . The receipt indicates the transaction at 13.25 suggesting they have not advanced the clock for...

Very disappointing service of Friday 30.09 at 10h00, the service is very bad, waiting for 20mins and a complete ignorant of the staff and they kept taking clients who came after me and the one that was waiting befor me, the look at you and completely ignore you, the OLD lady with a blond hair, very rude and arrogant, you need to change the job, it doesn't suit you, i asked her if there's a place to set she answered rodly,we have seats but u need to wait, she didn't even bother to ask me if i want to have it take away or even what do i want to order! and she left to another side pretending she's busy with something els! Of course i left immediately because this behaviour is a low class....very good pastries but unfortunately such...

Good local place but rather expensive, especially considering they use Brazil chicken in their sandwich which is not consistent with their "GRTA" labelling they like to promote. And the other star I removed is for their croissant, they are not soft at all which is disappointing. EDIT : That being said I must give them credit for the Sandwich and Salads which are very good, but somehow I am still disappointed by their pastries, they are good, but it lacks the wow effects that we can find in some other pastries in town, like the pinch of Yuzu in the lemon tart which makes it not just ok but wonderful, or that salted caramel or vanilla chantilly which makes all...
