Disappointing Experience at Sushi Shop in Eaux-Vives

I recently visited the sushi shop in Eaux-Vives to pick up dinner, but unfortunately, all their sushi boxes were sold out by the time I arrived. While this was understandable, what wasn’t was the employee’s response. Instead of offering an apology or any form of assistance, the first word out of their mouth was a sarcastic and dismissive "au revoir."

Such a lack of professionalism and courtesy is disappointing. A simple, polite explanation would have gone a long way in creating a more positive experience. Customer service is key, and I hope the staff receives proper training on how to treat their customers with respect...

Je prends à l'emporter et suis toujours ravie : commandes bien préparées et joliment présentées, qualité des produits irréprochable, service efficace et attentionné et une équipe souriante et qui salue quand on arrive. Le manager prend même la peine de m'appeler pour me dire que ma commande est prête. 5-star service :) Merci à tous...
