So why only 1 star? It goes specifically to this one waiter who was at the reception on October 27th at 12:30.

We reserved a table for us as a family with a baby at 12:00 and they took my phone number over the phone. So naturally I assume if there is a problem with my reservation - they would call me. Yes, indeed we were late and arrived at 12:30 (families with babies know the hassle). However , I was sure they would call before cancelling the reservation as this has always been the case with other restaurants who take phone numbers. Also it was my first visit , so I didn’t know how busy it gets.

So know to the waiter, he said ‘it’s cancelled, I am sorry, etc’ so while I am there digesting everything he ROLLS HIS EYES at me!!! Then , seeing some free tables at the terrace I asked if we could eat outside and he said YES!!!! So if I didn’t ask he wouldn’t have offered it himself and we would just have left. Usually professional waiters do offer this as an option. Btw THE ONLY reason I decided to stay and go ahead with the terrace is because my baby needed to be fed.

Next I ask for the baby chair, he brings one which doesn’t have a protective seat and the security belt is missing - meaning the baby CANNOT seat on a chair like that. So I go and ask for the belt, his answer:

if it’s not there - it’s not there

I say that it’s impossible to use the chair without and he says ‘maybe it was lost, there is nothing i can do’ and only after I keep insisting multiple times he says that he will check.

He then brought a new chair with the security belt!!! So shocked by his attitude I tell him ´ you see, you just needed to ask, using a chair like that without the belt is against security measures ‘ and then he starts moaning about the fact that I disrespect him etc…. Like dude, just FYI I only was taking care of my baby!!!

An arrogant person who intoxicated the vibe.

Turned up early Sat evening (18:30) without reservation but were seated by the window with exit time of 20:30… no problem. Service was friendly and efficient, food excellent, and drinks selection as you want (cocktails, half decent wine by the glass at reasonable price and beers on tap - although disappointed they didn’t have the Swiss Pale Ale which is actually quite good so had to have lager from the same brand. I struggle to understand how restaurants “run out” of certain beers! Is there a shortage or is it poor stock management? Anyway, poor form IMO) Overall, a very good restaurant with a nice atmosphere. Definitely go back, but would only sit inside. Outside is nice but doesn’t justify the experience or prices. Thanks for the hard working and friendly wait...

Went for dinner the first time yesterday and we were pleasantly surprised. We wanted a nice pizza place with an extra touch of special and this was it.

First, really easy to book our reservation. Attention from staff was very nice and helpful.

The open kitchen is the first thing you see and it’s super cute, place is spacious and definitely felt the restaurant takes care of health measures with covid by having tables separated accordingly.
