A reservation I placed online and therefore not existing in their handwritten reservation book. As a vietnamese speaking person myself, I could hear her say to the husband to send us away. I had the beef pho, which as someone else said had to “too much flavor”. I feel it would benefit from a focus on the broth and slightly better beef, without all the extras. The fresh rolls were very well done, so definitely get those.
Strangely small spoons are used, impossible to put anything in, and you feel like a giant scooping broth. In a strange customer service move they tried to deny it, gaslight me. Nonstop they ask me about how things are, frustratingly often, and when I gave in and told them they acted all hurt. This is not my first pho or Chinese...
Read moreThe waitress doesn't bring menu when you arrive at your table. We had to get up and get it ourselves (more than 30 were sitting on the bar). She neither asked for drinks and didn't take our menu away when we finished ordering. I had to bring them back to the same bar.
Food is ok but expensive and they don't explain well what it is, everything is written in vietnamese and there is no meal description. If you don't know a Bo Bun is not the same than the Bun Bo, you will get a nice surprise...
