This is a nice 5 level department store, but the draw back is that the management does not care about customers and there is one toilete only for all building on the 5th floor and you need to pay for the entrance. El sábado fui con mis padres por la mañana a comprar un regalo. Compramos algo que era grande y una trabajadora muy amable nos dijo que para envolverlo teníamos que ir a la sección de joyería donde una compañera suya nos lo envolvía. Cuando llegamos esta chica estaba envolviendo un regalo a un cliente, fue muy simpática hasta que después de vernos varias veces prefirió acercarse a otras personas a ayudar en vez de a nosotros que llevábamos un rato esperando a que nos atendiera. Nos tuvimos que dirigir a ella, le dije que si hablaba español o inglés porque yo no hablo francés y me dijo que no, que llamaría a su compañera que habla español. Principalmente me parece fatal que en pleno 2025 en un sitio como este no se hable inglés, pero lo fuerte es que le dijo a su compañera que nos había atendido antes y que hablaba español que no tenía tiempo de envolver nuestro regalo porque según ella tenía mucha gente en la tienda (3 personas). NADIE, pero absolutamente NADIE le pidió ayuda en absoluto, simplemente no le daba la gana envolvernos el regalo. Cuando nos dijo eso nos dio la opción de subir arriba donde había un lugar en el que nosotros mismos podíamos envolverlo. Cuando nos dijo eso me sentó tan mal que le pregunté por el nombre de su compañera, entendió que se lo preguntaba para poner una queja y me dijo algo descolocada que se llamaba Funda. Cuando me dijo el nombre cambió enseguida de parecer y nos dijo que si podíamos esperar un momento que ahora si parecía que quería envolvernoslo. Me parece deleznable que después de el desinterés de Funda, por tener que ponernos serios, cambie de parecer y de repente quiera antendernos. Creo que nunca me he sentido tan mal atendida por nadie, no sé si será porque no fuimos lo suficientemente bien vestidos o porque no somos suizos o que, pero todos nos merecemos ser tratados con la misma atención independientemente de donde vengamos o de cómo vistamos…dejan mucho pero mucho que desear, definitivamente no...
