Extremely disappointing. Made a online reservation days in advance for a group of 9 directly to their webpage. Got a response in French that states "Merci (name) pour votre reservation", got there (in time) with everybody and told at the door that the reservation had been rejected. We had no more place to go. Never experienced anything like that..

Since posting this review 9 months ago, I have made dozens of online restaurant reservations around the world, I have never again received a green OK sign on my mobile screen when further e-mail confirmation is required. What professional wordly restaurants do is informing you on your mobile screen, that your request has been registered, clearly stating in bold letters that it is PENDING CONFIRMATION, this is the way it works. You do not provide your customer with a fat tick-box CHECK MARK sign, that looks like everything is set, and then expect him to scroll down on his mobile screen, to read the small printing that somewhere further down indicates there is an e mail...

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Guanaco Peruvian Kitchen & Bar, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The food was absolutely fantastic! The ceviche was a highlight—fresh, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned. The Pisco Sour was equally impressive, offering a delightful balance of tangy and sweet.

The service was incredibly good. The staff were not only kind and welcoming but also very efficient, ensuring that everything was served promptly. The atmosphere is modern and vibrant, with great music that adds to the overall ambiance.

Whether you're in the mood for a drink or a full meal, this place is a gem. I highly recommend trying their formule midi. It's a brilliant way to enjoy the best Peruvian food while having a satisfying and filling lunch.

Excellent delicious food, which was a joy to look at and it was delicately infused with bold, yet subtle flavours from the fresh herbs and other ingredients used, happily lingering around to give continuous pleasure and smiles of appreciation. Fresh smells teased the palate. Friendly, attentive and professional staff provided a warm welcome and brilliant service. The venue and atmosphere is sufficiently beautiful. I only had a light meal on a very hot sunny day, a very fantastic meal which was recommended by a delightful young lady when I asked her to help me have something traditionally Peruvian.
