The food was really tasty and fine. We had the tuna tataki for entrée, delicious. In vacanza per qualche giorno in questa stupenda location vogliamo cenare in qualche ristorante particolare nel piccolo paese di Murten. Eseguiamo quindi una riservazione online sul loro sito web.

Arrivati all'ora di cena il ristorante all'esterno è molto carino ed elegante, entriamo e veniamo subito ben accolti con il sorriso e ci confermano la riservazione, ci offrono la possibilità di cenare nella sala che desideriamo. Il ristorante dispone infatti di una sala rustica ed elegante con tavoli e sedie di legno ed una più elegante con tavoli e comode poltroncine. C'è anche la possibilità di mangiare sulla terrazza esterna, ma purtroppo quella sera i temporali lo hanno impedito.

Come entrata abbiamo ordinato un ceviche di trota salmonata che era la fine del mondo, esplosione di gusti al palato veramente ottimi.

Mia moglie ha preso un trancio di pesce fresco di lago con contorno di patate bollite e cavolfiore, io invece del vitello cotto a bassa temperatura per 48h con contorno d’orzotto ai piselli e deliziosa purea, niente da dire, forse il pezzetto di carne un po' piccolo, ne avrei mangiato sicuramente un poco di più. I nostri piatti, gustosi, sono arrivati ​​ben presentati e velocemente.

Per chiudere in dolcezza la cena abbiamo ordinato un buon dessert composto da tris di cioccolato in varie consistenze e un buon gelato fatto in casa alla vaniglia, alla fine eravamo sazi e soddisfatti.

I tried ravioli at few places, but Ravioli from Kaserei was the best. Overall, what I can say that the food and the desserts were really good, yummy and tasty.

Apart from the foods, their service was impressed me. I was seated at the side that the sun kept browsing my face and I have to keep adjusting my seat and my position. After few minutes, he came with umbrellas and put it on top of the roof and since then i can sit comfortably without keep adjusting my position. Thank you… You are Rock!
