Castle Worth — Restaurant in Neuhausen am Rheinfall

I will give this restaurant only 3 stars because of the service, till the moment we walked in and were seated the service was good, it was after the starters the waiters and waitresses forgot about us. We had to refill our glasses with wine ourselves and the side dishes were left on the table next to us, so we had serve ourselves as well. When we finally got the attention of one of the waiters we got the desert card without the mention that one of the deserts was sold out. At the end of the evening the staff was really busy getting the restaurant ready for the next day and to us it looked like that they forgot about us because it took a very long time before we were able to ask for the bill and even then when we got the bill no one showed up so that we could pay. It was only when we got up to leave and had our coats on that the staff asked if we would like to pay. This was a one time experience and we will not come back with this kind of service. it was my first time here and since i did not know where exactly i was and just entered thru where it was opened i ran into a woman im assuming works in the kitchen who gave me an awful aditude and made my amazing excperience start of horribly , after being rudly talked at , finally get upstairs and we get seated at a horrible table that was unbalanced and the chairs were dirty ,after we sat there fir some time we saw someone left their table and we went to sit then once again a staff member came to us and raised their voice , then walked away and my boyfriend tried to get his attention to come back but he just left , i honestly lost all hunger and am now extremly unhappy about this trip even tho it hasent even started ,, i will never return , and i hope others like me dont enter this place because there is no respect for another human...

We had lunch at the Castel Worth restaurant during our visit to the beautiful Rhein Falls. The location is fantastic. We didn’t have reservations but were lucky to get a table with an amazing view of the falls, which made the whole experience extra special.

The menu is quite limited (around 8 main dishes and 3 desserts), but what they offer is very tasty and well prepared. The service was great. Staff were friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout our meal.
