I ordered the margharita pinsa, when we start eating I found a human hair in that. I thought may be it came from outside and I removed that and start continue eating. When eating next slice, i found another hair from the same food. Again we ignore and start eating. When I start eating again we found another hair from the same food.9

When we are escalade this issue to the hotel management, they are not bothering us and they treating us very rude way to us as a tourist. And waiter took this hairy pizza to the chef, then he said its not hair its a black cheese.. I never seen black color cheese in life. Again we start having next slice of pizza again we found another hair.. its a hairy pizza.. we paid for the hairy pizza as well. They offer me other pizza, I said I don't want to eat another hairy pizza and sick in the rest room.

Terrible experience today!! Food was good but attitude of staff and manager was so bad that we will make sure to put complaint to Swiss tourism. We visited RhineFalls and this restaurant for lunch today, April 12th from US. We sat outside, and it started raining. Since waiters got busy handling, we moved our Pizza and Pasta dishes ourselves inside. Pasta got rain water but pizza was okay. So we asked waiter to replace it. He took it to manager. Managers attitude was like ‘why we reacted late’. ‘ it has just little rain water’. ‘You can see how busy staff is’.. I mean never saw this attitude from any restaurant in US and to tourist.. disputing my credit charges and putting complaint to Swiss tourism soon. Be there to enjoy good food - Chef must be good.. but attitude is bit dependent on...

02.11.24 "Patience is a virtue" has never been more true. We read many of the reviews before deciding to try it, even after seeing many negative reviews. We went in expecting to need patience for service and very speculative of food quality. After knowing that, we had the best 2 hr dining experience we have had in years! This is not stop and go dining. We had wonderful recommendations from our absolutely perfect server Chantal!! We had great drinks, perfect pizza, the best Beef & Pork Steaks, and three different Divine desserts. Our meal was expensive, at no surprise, the menu is very clear. Conclusion: Visit if you want an extended, expensive, excellent experience! Do not visit if you are on a budget, in a rush and do not care for personalization.
